Lyons calls for disciplinary changes

Clare hurling manager Cyril Lyons is backing a review of the GAA's disciplinary procedures following the infamous Gerry Quinn affair.

Quinn was struck by an unknown Waterford assailant in the All-Ireland semi-final and to date both sides have not released the name of the culprit - despite admitting they know his identity.
