The management team which brought Tipperary's minor hurlers to the All-Ireland Final in 2002 have been re-appointed to the position for the coming year following a meeting of the Tipperary County GAA Board.

Manager Paddy McCormack will take the helm for the fourth year and will be accompanied by Philip Ryan, Vincent McKenna and Jamesie Ivors as the Premier County defends it's Munster crown and attempts to go one better in the All-Ireland series.

Tipperary were comprehensively defeated in the 2002 All-Ireland Final by rivals Galway in a one sided game.
