Donegal high court case adjourned

The appeal of Donegal club St Eunan's of Letterkenny to the High Court has been adjourned, yet again.

The club, home to county star Brendan Devenney, was thrown out of the county SFC for fielding an allegedly ineligible player in Eddie Brennan months back.

However, club officials including chairman Patrick Hoey, secretary Charles McAteer and Brennan are contesting the decision though made little headway this time.

The hold-up meant the county had no representative in the Ulster SFC to face Gowna of Cavan in the preliminary round.
