Kerins O'Rahilly's manager Eoin Liston has hit out at the decision to stage Sunday's Munster SFC tie with Nemo Rangers at Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney.

The tie is supposed to be a 'home' tie for the Kerry champions but the decision to play it at Killarney negates their advantage.

It has been mooted that the reason behind the move is that An Ghaeltacht were favourites to win the championship and would have favoured the venue.

Former Kerry great Liston said: "It doesn't seem right that we are compelled to travel to Killarney when it is a home game for us.

"However, good players can refocus and can thrive on a fresh challenge."
