Mount Sion to meet Sixmilebridge in Munster final

Mullinahone finally hit a brick wall against clinical Mount Sion following their first ever county title win last weekend.

At Walsh Park, Waterford, Sion were inspired by the McGrath brothers, Ken and Eoin, and took top honours to progress to the Munster SHC final.

Meanwhile, in the Leinster semi-final Kilkenny star DJ Carey netted twice to send Young Ireland's past Rathnure of Wexford at Wexford Park on a 3-11 to 0-11 scoreline.

In the other tie All-Ireland champions Birr waltzed past St Mullin's of Carlow 4-21 to 0-8.
