Cork hurlers to hold special meeting
Cork’s senior hurlers and their County Board return to the boardroom tonight in an attempt to resolve their differences.
Players are unhappy with travel arrangements, gym facilities and the provision of gear, but yesterday stated that managerial and selectorial matters were not the cause of the problem.
Bertie Og Murphy, last year’s team boss, has already stepped down, while three of his selectors, John Meyler, Pat McDonnell and PJ Murphy are still in place.
