Owens names strong panel for Saturday

Munster boss Ted Owens has named a teak tough panel to face Ulster in Saturday's Railway Cup opener at Nowlan Park, Kilkenny.

All-Ireland finalists Clare are represented by brilliant centre-back Seanie McMahon and young half-forward Tony Griffin.

Elsewhere, a star studded line-up includes names like Waterford's Ken McGrath, Cork's Joe Deane and last year's Player of the Year, Tommy Dunne of Tipperary.
