Armagh secure nine All-Star nominations

All-Ireland football champions Armagh have secured nine nominations for this year's All-Star awards.

Oisin McConville, Kieran McGeeney and Dermot Marsden were among those nominated.

Elsewhere, beaten finalists Kerry received seven nominations, these include Mark, Tomas and Dara O Se, while Dublin received six, including one for Ray Cosgrove.

Cork, meanwhile, secured five nominations, Donegal and Galway secured four each, Tyrone secured three and Wexford, Kildare, Limerick, Sligo, Tipperary and Fermanagh all secured one each.

The hurling nominations will be announced tomorrow.
