O'Kelly set to be named new Offaly boss

Paul O'Kelly looks set to take over as Offaly Senior football boss.

The Edenderry man has been recommended to the County Board by the selection committee set up to replace Padraig Nolan, and his name will go before the Board for ratification on November 5.
