U21 football final venue confirmed

O'Moore Park, Portlaoise has been confirmed as the venue for the All-Ireland U-21 football final between Dublin and Galway on October 6.

Dubs boss Tommy Lyons had been holding out for Croke Park but GAA bosses believe the midlands venue is a more neutral choice.

Dublin beat Tyrone in Breffni Park Cavan in the semi-final while Galway pipped Kerry in Ennis to set up the mouthwatering tie.
