Power retires from inter-county hurling

John Power has retired from inter-county hurling following Kilkenny's 27th All-Ireland final win on Sunday.

Power came on as a late replacement but indicated he was about to call it a day after losing his centre-forward berth to brilliant Henry Shefflin.
