A Co Tipperary minor hurler has won a High Court injunction against the GAA which will allow him to be selected for the All-Ireland final on Sunday.

Toomevara player John Boland was one of four hurlers sent off in a club match on August 14, but the referee subsequently stated in his match report that he had just meant to book the players.

However, the GAA had insisted that the red cards should stand and that the players in question should serve a four-week ban.
