GAA Football: Malone suspended for 8 weeks

Roy Malone will miss Offaly’s Bank of Ireland All-Ireland Football Qualifier against Limerick on Saturday after picking up a suspension.

The star forward has been banned for 8 weeks arising out of an incident with referee Brendan Gorman after the recent one point defeat to Kildare.

James Grennan was also reported by the referee but no action was found to be warranted.
