Limerick hope to change record

Limerick face Tipperary today in the second Munster hurling semi-final. The winner of the game will meet Waterford in the final on June 30 .

The Parc Ui Chaoimh semi is a rematch of last year’s Munster final.

Last year Limerick were the surprise packets of the hurling season.

However, they enter today’s game with Tipperary having been shaded out by decider in the 2001 finals.
