Ormonde doubtful for Clare clash

Tipperary hurling corner-back Paul Ormonde has been added to the Premier County’s growing list of injuries following a club football game at the weekend.

Ormonde was forced to retire early for his club Loughmore-Castleiney, having damaged shoulder ligaments in a senior football championship game.

He joins All-Star Eddie Enright, attackers John Carroll, John O’Brien, Mark O’Leary and John Leahy on the injury-list for Tipperary and is rated extremely doubtful for their May 19 clash with Clare at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
