Hurling: Tipp make changes for Offaly game

Tipperary make four changes for Saturday's National Hurling League clash with Offaly at Birr from the side which defeated Derry last week.

Back into the team come Brendan Cummins, Phillip Maher, Paul Kelly and Liam Cahill.
