GAA: Cork on course for semi-final place

Hat-trick hero Eamon Collins kept Cork on course for a

place in the semi-final of the Allianz National

Hurling League at Pairc Ui Chaoimh today.

The UCC full-forward helped himself to three goals as

Cork remain top of Division 1 B following their fourth

consecutive win.

Collins struck twice in the opening half with Cork

turning over leading by 2-9 to 0-7.

He completed his hat-trick after 49 minutes as the

Rebels swept 3-12 to 0-9 clear.
