Loughmore-Castleiney have been expelled from the Tipperary senior hurling championship after they refused to play extra-time during their quarter-final tie with Toomevara last Sunday week.

Loughmore-Castleiney have been expelled from the Tipperary senior hurling championship after they refused to play extra-time during their quarter-final tie with Toomevara last Sunday week.

The GAA's Games Administration Committee decided to expel the club at a meeting in Thurles last night.
