As predicted, All-Ireland champions Kilkenny completed a Leinster Final demolition job on Wexford today, following their destruction of Offaly in the semi-final.

The Cats defeated Wexford by 2-19 to 0-12 - beating them by a total of 13 points.

Goals from DJ Carey and Eddie Brennan, along with seven points from corner-forward Charlie Carter sealed the win for the All-Ireland favourites despite being reduced to 14 men when John Hoyne was sent off after the interval.
