EX-Dr Crokes stalwart John Galvin will face his old club in next Sunday's Kerry SFC final after guiding Kenmare District to a thrilling 0-20 to 0-19 victory over Rathmore in Sunday's semi-final.

The Kenmare division led 0-18 to 0-12 with 20 minutes remaining but had to withstand an admirable comeback from Rathmore before edging home.

Galvin was an All-Ireland winning midfielder with Dr Crokes in 1992, and will face his old Killarney friends in the decider after Dr Crokes saw off Dingle 1-15 to 0-15 in Sunday's other semi final in Killarney.
