Ciarán Kilkenny hails Dublin’s band of brothers

In hindsight, Ciarán Kilkenny’s decision to kill a few hours on Saturday watching the AFL Grand Final wasn’t the cleverest choice he’s made.

Kilkenny, who was signed by Melbourne club Hawthorn in 2012, saw the Western Bulldogs claim their first Premiership title in 62 years as they beat the Sydney Swans by 22 points.

Only the foreign game inspired him to do something daft close to the end of the game.
