TJ Reid brushes off Ger Loughnane’s ‘gutless’ Galway barbs

The Kilkenny star won a ninth Leinster title when Galway were put to the sword on Sunday, the third championship win over the Tribesmen in 12 months, but his regard for them remains high – much higher than the former Galway manager.

I suppose Ger seems to come out with a few critical comments even about ourselves as well. That’s his view on it and he can talk away Galway are a very good team and they’ll be back. In the first-half, they dominated the game and I’m sure they have things to work on like ourselves. Every team has things to work on.”
