Powerful forward Glynn moved to America after Galway’s defeat to Kilkenny in last year’s All-Ireland final and has yet to indicate whether he will be moving home to return to the Galway panel.

Donoghue last night confirmed that talks are ongoing, but that he is hopeful further talks in the coming weeks could see an about turn.
