Though players like Cillian O’Connor, Séamus O’Shea, Keith Higgins, and Alan Dillon are marked absent, the Connacht champions will still have a strong side on show, with centre-back Caolán Crowe and left half-back Shane Nally the only two league debutants. Donal Vaughan, more recognised as a defender, is named at full-forward.
While Rochford has yet to appoint a captain, Lee Keegan will skipper the side.
