The three-time All-Ireland senior hurling medallist retired from club hurling after the 2014 season but did turn out for the city club’s footballers last year. The northsiders have appointed the same management team for both codes for the coming campaign, with Stephen O’Sullivan manager and Ó hAilpín as coach.
