Mayo pitch invader hunting All-Ireland tickets as ban ends

The Mayo pitch invader banned for 12 months after the county’s All-Ireland semi-final replay defeat to Kerry insists he has no regrets about his actions.

Mick Barrett from Castlebar was hit with a year-long ban by the GAA after he stormed onto the Gaelic Grounds pitch towards the end of Mayo’s All Ireland SFC semi-final replay defeat by Kerry last year.

Barrett attempted to confront referee Cormac Reilly in their 3-13 to 3-16 extra-time defeat before being restrained by five stewards.
