Shoulder injury in club game may rule Lorcan McLoughlin out for rest of season

Cork half-back Lorcán McLoughlin may miss the rest of the season following an injury sustained in a club game on Sunday night.

McLoughlin had to come off with a feared broken collarbone in Kanturk’s Cork County Premier IHC first round loss to Castlelyons.

Cork face Waterford in the Munster hurling semi-final on June 7 and he is almost certain to miss that, with the extent of his absence to be established later this week.
