Clare management tight-lipped after Colm Collins hit with ban

The Clare football boss will not be allowed onto the sideline for their Munster quarter-final against Limerick at Cusack Park, Ennis on Saturday week. Banner officials yesterday confirmed they would not be appealing the suspension which is believed to have been served at the end of last month.
Collins was slapped with the 12-week ban after the Competitions Control Committee deemed he had interfered with the linesman during Clare’s final Division 3 league tie against Fermanagh on April 5.
