St. Patrick’s, Cavan tore the formbook to pieces at the Athletic Grounds in Armagh yesterday when they emerged comfortable 10 point winners over St. Patrick’s Academy, Dungannon in the Danske Bank MacRory Cup final.
It was an outstanding display from the winners to win their first title at this level since 1972. Nobody could have foreseen the winning margin in a contest that was tight for forty five minutes.
