Reidy points way as LIT get going in second half to overpower DIT

Limerick IT 1-19 DIT 1-13: Limerick IT registered their second successive win as they overcame DIT in their Fitzgibbon Cup, Group D clash at the Parnells ground in Coolock.

The 2015 hosts struggled in the opening-half but with the wind at their backs after the break, they pulled clear.

David Reidy put the visitors ahead with a 4th minute free, but Derek McNicholas quickly levelled for DIT, who took the lead in the 6th minute when Jack Guiney pointed a free.
