Laois 1-11 Dublin 2-18: Walsh Cup: Fourteen-man Dublin survived a second-half comeback from Laois to book a place in the Walsh Cup final at O’Moore Park yesterday.

Conal Keaney’s first-half goal sent the Dubs into a 1-9 to 0-6 half-time lead and they went 10 points clear on the restart. However, a Zane Keenan penalty and a red card for Michael Carton edged Laois back into it. They cut the lead down to four but ran out of steam as Eamonn Dillon’s goal put the seal on Dublin’s win.
