Davy Fitzgerald’s Limerick IT got their Fitzgibbon Cup campaign off to a winning start against 14-man University of Ulster, Jordanstown, yesterday.

The hosts ran out 12-point winners against the visitors who were delayed on their journey south due to adverse weather conditions.
