Westmeath finally back on winning trail

Westmeath got off to a flying start when James Dolan scored a goal after just 17 seconds and the home side scored a second on 24 minutes through Ger Egan.
Conor McNally grabbed a goal back for DCU but Westmeath led by 2-5 to 1-6 at half time. Lorcan Smyth and Davy Byrne exchanged goals in the second half.
