Super-sub Ryan comes to rescue for Cloughduv

Last year’s goalkeeper, Ryan was away for the summer, but his replacement Jonathan Buckley made a number of point-blank saves to keep Cloughduv in touch before Ryan’s game-saving salvo.

“We stood by Jonathan and wasn’t he superb,” said Cloughduv selector Peadar MacDonnell. “It was probably one of the best displays of goalkeeping inside in Páirc Uí Rinn for a long time.
