Larkin laughs off false wedding story following drawn decider

Eoin Larkin laughed off the false wedding story that followed Kilkenny’s draw with Tipperary earlier this month.

It was erroneously reported online Larkin was to marry on Saturday, the day of the replay. It was news to the James Stephens man as he had already tied the knot.

“I heard about it in the dressing room the last day,” smiled the 30-year-old. “I presume it was a bit of fun. My wife was actually laughing about it as well so it wasn’t too bad.”
