“That game is now June 8, with the football games that were down for decision that day being moved to the previous evening, June 7.”
Meanwhile fixtures in the opening round of the Cork County SHC are likely to be heavily affected following yesterday’s draw in Thurles.

“At the moment, what we can say is that all games not involving Cork players will not be changed,” said Cork PRO Tracey Kennedy last night.
“The Central Competitions Committee will meet tomorrow [Monday] to discuss what alterations will be required. If matches are postponed, then there is the possibility that some games which had been part of double-headers might have times changed as well.
“There is a county board meeting on Tuesday night as well so any changes can be discussed there.”
