Kildare set up semi-final clash with Kerry

This was another nail-biting contest between two evenly balanced sides, the contest going right down to the wire before super-sub Mark Delaney delivered the knock-out blow for Kildare in the 70th minute moments.

Wicklow were to pay the price for their poor shooting in the opening half when playing with the aid of a near gale-force wind.
