Kingston the star as Roco reach final

St Francis reached the All-Ireland Post Primary Colleges JFC final as they proved too strong for Rice College, Westport at Gurteen, Clare on Saturday. Stephen Kingston inspired the Cork side, hitting 2-4. Roco led 1-4 to 1-2 at the break, Kingston accounting for all the Cork scores, while Alan Kennedy grabbed Westport’s goal. Douglas tyro Kingston fired home Francis’ second goal on 40 minutes and further points by Sam Collins, Brian Flahive and Sean Powter ensured victory.
