Gavin won’t fill Kennedy void

Gavin won’t fill Kennedy void

Team media manager Seamus McCormack confirmed Gavin will again be assisted by selectors Declan Darcy, Mick Deegan, Declan Darcy and Shane O’Hanlon, who also operates as the camp’s logistic manager.

Tyrone native Kennedy is the director of DCU’s GAA Academy and was also part of Paul Earley and Anthony Tohill’s successful International Rules backroom teams last year and in 2011.

Respected long-time performance analyst Ray Boyne has also cited work as his reason for stepping away after nine seasons in the role.
