Collins brothers want dual Clare role

Clare hurling stars Podge and Seán Collins have admitted they would like to play both codes for Clare in 2014.

The Cratloe duo represented Clare footballers at every level since U14 level and their father Colm has been confirmed as manager on a three-year term.

“If it was possible it is something I’d love to do,” said Sean. “But whether it’s physically possible or not, with work and the level of commitment that will be required from both managements, I don’t know.”
