Tooreen’s early goal glut stuns Ballyhaunis
Ballyhaunis were seeking a sixth title in-a-row but an outstanding hat-trick of goals by Kenny Feeney during the first half helped the winners to a 4-4 to 0-4 interval lead.
Captain Shane Morley dedicated the victory to the memory of former star player Adrian Freeman who died in a road accident in Australia three years ago. His brother Cathal Freeman was presented with the man of the match award.
