Belcoo, appearing in their first final in 25 years, went 0-4 to 0-1 ahead courtesy of Gavin Leonard but they were outscored 1-4 to 0-1 in the second quarter, the goal coming from Sean Quigley.
Belcoo got back in the game early in the second-half with a goal from 36-year-old former Fermanagh full-forward Stephen Maguire but missed a second-half penalty and Roslea finished strongly in the last quarter.
