After a lively opening quarter, Beagh led 1-4 to 0-6, with Padraig Landers firing a wonderful goal. But inside two minutes Turloughmore veteran Francis Forde also found the net. Beagh hit back with a Kevin Keehan goal to leave them 2-7 to 1-7 ahead at the break.
Beagh pulled further away after the break as Padraig Landers (2), Kevin Keehan and Joe Gantley were all on target. Sean Linnane started a Turloughmore comeback with Darren O’Shaughnessy and Brian Murphy adding points but Adrian Touhy struck another point for Beagh to speak off big celebrations for the club on the Galway-Clare border.
