Déise heroes on parade in Dungarvan

Waterford fans will welcome back their All-Ireland minor heroes this evening with celebrations across the county.

The victorious team will arrive in Waterford City at 6pm where they will board and open top bus to City Hall.

At 9pm, they will parade the Irish Press Cup around Dungarvan, the home town of captain Kevin Daly.

They will take an open top tour from Abbeyside and finish at the Square in Dungarvan. The team basked in the glory of a first All-Ireland since 1948 and only their third in all with a banquet at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel in Dublin last night.
