Donnellan: Clare must see past revenge

Clare captain Pat Donnellan insists they run the risk of losing their discipline if they countenance the idea of revenge against Cork for their Munster semi-final defeat in next month’s All-Ireland final.

Donnellan:  Clare   must see past  revenge

After beating Cork twice in Division 1A and in a Waterford Crystal game, Clare lost by six points in the Gaelic Grounds in June on a day when they had six goal chances.

“Revenge is a word that is thrown around no matter what you are doing but it will make you play in a way you don’t want to play,” said Donnellan.
