Éire Óg prosper with Hallissey

In a thrilling encounter they were pushed all the way by a steely Dripsey side who just fell short and will now have to prepare for either Argideen Rangers or Dromina in the third round.

The outcome hung in the balance right up to the end when a Diarmuid O’Riordan free was eventually taken off the Éire Óg line by a very solid goalkeeper Dylan Desmond.
