Corbett’s latest displays give legend Doyle cause for concern

Tipperary hurling legend Jimmy Doyle has questioned whether Lar Corbett has learned from his bizarre performance in last year’s heavy All-Ireland semi-final defeat to Kilkenny

The six-time All-Ireland winner, a Thurles Sarsfields club-mate of Corbett’s, also criticised the 31-year-old’s performance in Saturday’s club semi-final loss to Kilcormac-Killoughey.

According to Doyle, Tipperary were embarrassed by the infamous tactic of Corbett following Tommy Walsh with his own marker Jackie Tyrrell in tow last season.
