Kennedy happy as Cork GAA website proves a smash hit

Cork GAA’s website enjoyed a record breaking year in 2012.

Gaacork.ie reported an astonishing 3.53 million hits for the year — up from 2.29 million in the 12 months previously.

Cork PRO Tracey Kennedy said: “It’s fantastic, we’re up 54% on our 2011 figures. We had 1.5 million in 2010 and now we’ve 3.53m. One of the most popular things we do to attract hits on the site is the live match updates.
