Devine remains on Red Hand duty

John Devine has confirmed he has not left the Tyrone squad.

The treble All-Ireland winning goalkeeper was reported to have been among the players omitted by manager Mickey Harte, but Devine insists he remains part of the Red Hand set-up.

“I’m still involved this year and I’m looking forward to it. I never officially departed. It was good to get a wee bit of time after the club season finished, it went on a bit longer than normal,” he said.
