Kerry minor hurling manager Seanie O’Shea has stepped down from his post midway through his two-year term.

Chairman Patrick O’Sullivan informed delegates at the county board’s monthly meeting that O’Shea was disappointed by the county’s inability to fulfil a fixture last month in the Cork Minor League.

O’Sullivan revealed O’Shea was not prepared to remain at the helm as he was felt he was not getting the required level of commitment from the squad.
